I have a LED undercar kit where all the wires from the leds run to the control box. The control box then has a positive wire and a negative wire that your suposed to run to the battery. The power is 12V and i would like to somehow incorperate a switch inbetween the control box and the battery. Im new at this and the switch I have has 3 prongs (positive, ground and acc) (the toggle switch has a led in it) idk how to wire this up so if you could please help me.

I want to wire a switch to my neons but the wires coming out are the same color and wether its ground or positive it doesnt say. Whats the best method for testing those wires to see which one is positive?
