I have a 96 Chevy Suburban and my turn signal won't blink nor will my brake light work on the rear left side.  They will blink really fast in the front left and on my dashboard.  I know that normally that means that you have a blown bulb but I have replaced the bulbs, the plate that the bulbs go into, and the flasher relay and I still have this problem.  Is there anything else that i can do?  Thanks.

check the ground for that light assembly first. if you clean and know the ground is good. suspect the multi function switch for the running lights in the steering column. that is what controls the turn & brake lights. it's the unit the turn signal lever is mounted to.

but really check the ground because usally both sides won't work if that was malfunctioning. but don't discount it though.

CHECK THE GROUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
