I am looking for a Blue Light (on) mini rocker, can anyone help me out?

If I can not find one, I was thinking of getting a plan mini rocker and two led, one being blue (on) and the other being red (off). What I would want to do in this case is when the lights are on at night, have the red light up when the switch is off and the blue come on when the switch is on. Where to get the leds and how to wire up this option?

I think WalMart actually has blue led mini rockers now.  I have seen them in  my area anyways. They were back in the automotive electrical section. You might try an autoparts store too, I have seen them tgere from time to time.
