First off let me thank you guys for having an amazing website. It has helped me many times over... The question I had was this, I have 4 CCFL neon tubes(Two in front Two in rear) powered off the 12v+ from my cigarette lighter wire(Wired internally) I have these wired to two seperate switches. What I would like to do is have them come on with my dome light(which comes on and stays on when I use the remote). I was thinking a relay but I haven't a clue how I would wire it up.

I have a 2002 Civic Ex Coupe.

You may want to take a look around over at https://www.oznium.com/forum.  I just ordered a couple sets of CCFLs from there and they have a lot of good info on their intall forum.
