I have a 95 labaron gtc 2 door convertable and recently got a car wash. ive had many car washes but after this one when i turn my headlights on my right blinker light goes on in the dash. when i hit the right blinker it clicks twice as fast, and after a min or two it starts to make the pinging noise like a door is open or something is wrong, so then i turn it off till the pinging stops and the noise goes away for a min or two. What should i do?

Sounds like there may be a short in the connector between the headlight and the turn signal. Make sure that you have a look at the connector where the two lights are and ensure that there's no water in the connector and also for future reference make sure that you use a grease in the connector to make a barrier between the connectors.
