I got 4 12" Led Lights..called Eurolights..I have a 2005 Monte Carlo..and I wanna hood these 4 lights up 1 inder the drivers dash..1 under the passengers dash..1 underneath the back of the drivers seat and the other underneath of the back of the passengers seat How do I do this?

Are the lights self-contained?  As in are they 12 led's in a housing with a set of power wires coming out of them?  What is the current (amps) rating for each set?  (makes a difference on my recommendation for wiring.  Please provide more info on the lights if you can.
