Hello,

This is a universal question but just for reference I have a 92 Dodge Dakota. I just purchased some m3 sports mirrors with 3-color LEDS and I am going to use the orange led for a turn signal...

Anyways, I was wondering what the best way would be to tap into the turn signal... and WHERE... I really dont want to have to add 2 relays but if that's what is best then i will!

Thanks,
-Jason

you should not need relays.

the easyest way to find/tap turnsignal, would be at the turnsignal lamp.  you will need a test probe (or dmm)  and 10-15 ft of 16-18 gauge wire.

a quicker install would be to find the wire at the steering column, depending on your knowledge.

to determine which wire is the turnsignal switched (+) wire,  probe a suspected wire and turn turnsignal on. it will reverse polarity every flash of the bulb.

email me if you have more qurestions, hope i could help.
