My '03 Silverado did not come with fog/driving lights, and I want to install a used non-OEM pair I got for a great price. I ordered & installed the required OEM relay & fuse located under the hood, as well as the dashboard switch assembly. Now, all I need to do is find the connectors for the lights themselves. Even though I've read that when trying to do what I want requires a "recalibration" of the BCM (Body Control Module) by a GM tech, I'm a bit suspicious. I've also read that a very small number of Silverados come already "calibrated". I did verify that the sockets for the added fog lamp relay & fuse in the "black box" full of other relays & fuses did have metal contacts in them, unlike the many other unused sockets that were devoid of any contacts. So, if anyone can give me info to help me get this done, I'd very much appreciate it.
