Hey everyone, I'm tring to hook up fog/driving lights on my Accord I have a Oem Fog Light switch I would like to use it has five wires on the back coming out and I don't have a manual or wire code book for this on the back the wires are:
Blk......Ground
Blue/Red..... I think is ground for the Led on the switch
RED / Yellow???????
RED / White???????
RED / Blk????????
I think it is out of a 94-to 97 honda accord, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
Here is what the switch looks like and the harness:

Ok - I can't tell you what the colours are, but I can give you how I tested an OEM fog lamp switch like this for my Isuzu.
Take a DMM and do a continuity test to see which 2 wires are closed when the switch is pressed. One of these is your (+)IN and (+)OUT.
Now, take your DMM and test the remaining wires for continuity. If you are going back in the same make of car (IE another Honda from the same or similar year) you should see a pair of the same colour wires going to other switches for the ilum... Try these 2 and see if you have anything other than a completely open circuit. In my Isuzu it was a reg/green and a GREEN/ red and happened to be the same as the colours already in my vehicle so this made it that much easier.
You've found your switch wires and lium wires now, the remaining wire is ground.
Now, if the "ON" LED stays lit after connecting the switch no mater if the switch is on or off, then you just have the out as the in and the in as the out. Reverse the wire that you are using for the (+)IN and (+)OUT to fix. (one way around this to begin with is to test the ground wire for continuity with the 2 switch wires with the switch closed - the one that shows full open is the (+)IN and the one that shows not open (but not completely closed) should be your (+)OUT.
I hope that this helps!
