Ive got 2001 cavalier, I am wanting to install set of fog lights, I worried about my airbags being set off, Ive installed fog lights only in my other cars without, Airbags. I was told to remove the airbag fuse in the fusepanel, Then allow 15mins  disconnect. Before I start drilling these mount brackets.

Anyo Idea's?

thanks in advanced.

You should be fine so long as you do not tap into their wiring.

How are you planning on wiring your fog lights? If they are your typical aftermakets, then you won't need to really worry about that. If you are still nervous about it, remove the fuse, but you don't need to wait 15 minutes. While installing your lamps, stay away from yellow wires or at least the wires that have yellow connections. Run fresh wires (10-12 guage will be fine; 14 is ok too but we prefer to overguage slightly for those you never know situations) to the lamps. Don't forget to fuse them about 8-10" from the battery/power source.
