Hey guys, I recently have a problem with my left HID lamp. It is an aftermarket kit. The left bulb when turned on will only do 3 flashes trying to light up but it fails. On the starter you only hear (click, click, click) and won't light up. Bulb doesn't look bad from the outside. Does this sound like a bulb or bad starter problem? Any recommendations?

Not sure what your trying to say on your post, but from what I can gather try unplugging the HID from the remote start and see if the RS still works. IMO, the ballast is probably damaged and needs to be replaced if it's not operating properly.
