easiest way is to check the fuse that came with it if it did. otherwise, read the paperwork that came with it. most of them are just around 1 or 2 amps though.

i recently installed neon to a lighted switch. i have it wired directly to the battery and all that, but the light stays on. is there any way, besides wiring through a relay or the ignition coil, that the light will go off when the car is shut off?

also, the light stays lite when on or off position, any way to turn it off when switch to off position?

thanks, jordan

hey guys, i'm thinking about investing in an undercar LED multi-color kit. it seems that everyone is evenly satisfied with streetglow so i think i might go with them, plus they've got a 2 year warranty.

any other suggestions on kits??

#1 Take the power from your fusebox, off an ACC fed line

#2 Sounds to me that you have the power in and out lines reversed

FF-mike is right, sounds if you reversed the power in with out, try changing that first and see if it fixes the problem, and i would deffently use a fuse on that switch

No street glow is one of the better companies out there. I have used them on several vehicles and have never had a problem.

How much are you willing to put into it? If you don't mind spending a pretty penny extra (in the area of $300-600+ depending on kit) Then a Color FX system is probably one of the best kits out there. Expandable, near infinite control on the computer, and EXTREMLY durable stuff. There was an off-roader here that had the kit installed and the only way it got damaged so far was high-siding the truck right on a module. The rest are virtually unscathed (very minimal wear considering that it's always in the mud)

If that's too much, then streetglow is a very good system to get. Very very few and rare problems.

No I meant the Color FX system. The modules are only 8" long but you can connect up to 50 of them together. I don't know who sells it anymore.

But the streetfx works just as good too.
