im looking for some circuit boards for my leds and was wondering where i can find any besides ebay

What kind of leds ie package? What dimensions do you want? What are you trying to accomplish?

I really dont think you are going to find a universal board for your needs.

The simplist thing you can do is go down to rad shack and pick up some bread boards and build your own.

Or you can try a board house like olimex and build your own using eagle cad (they have a free version).

i bought a big pack of 5mm leds with resistors im looking for a board that i can solder at least 15-20 leds in a row

You can goto radio shack and get some bread board material, you would have to make all the connections and solder and everything in yourself. If the LEDs have built in resistors just solder them all in parallel.

Or you could have a custom board designed and cut.
