Im working on a friends 56 chevy, he has put in led tail lights and front turn signal lights. After he put in the tail lights in the turn signals don't work. They act like there is a bulb out. It has been awhile since I used to do this lol. He has tried different flashers one for led's. Am I looking for a resistor to make these work? I can make them work by wiring a bulb and pigtail in with them.

If you have tried a flasher made specifically for LED's and it doesn't work, then you have a problem somewhere else.  When you say it acts like a bulb is out, do you mean it flashes fast?
