Hi i have a 2000 s10 and i am have a set of aftermarket foglights in it. I have hasd the habit of leaving the fogs on and i wanted to wire them up to a switched 12volt source that turns power off when i turn the truck off. Currently it is hooked up to a 12 volt constant. Where could i find a wire for this.  The fog lights are rated at 55w's a peice so the wire needs to suport about 10 amps.   The closer this wire i9s to the front of the center console the better. Thanks alot for the help.

drop the lower driver side dash panel and look for the thick wires coming from the ignition switch.(May have to remove some tape and covering.)

Connect the foglights to the thick brown wire which is accessory for about 99.9% of all GM vehicles. Use the fuse there as well..it is high current.

Good Luck
