so i have a 95 civic si hatchback and where i switch the knob to turn on my head lights(hid) on i smelt like aburning smell i took apart my turn signal thing that turns on my lights when i took off the wiring harness the plug was burnt its a red wire with green stripe.....i also replaced that part last week its out of a 92 civic ex cuope .... what u guys think need help asap sometimes my lights wont turn on unless i switch it on n off or if i wiggle the harness

Wire up a set of relays. Get 12v for the HID's under the hood, NOT in the car. Go straight to the battery. Then find the negative turn on wire at the factory harness at the bulbs, to trigger the relays, to turn on the HID's Wire your relays like this:
