I just bought a 1992 civic with after market halo projector lights. Well the guy said the halo wires weren't hooked up, so today I decided to hook them up and it wouldn't work. So maybe I didn't hook it up right.
But I then hooked up the two wires to a 12v battery pack and they still did not work.
Any thoughts?

I'm also wondering how would I know if the halo is burnt out. Thanks
