Need some suggestions on good headlights that are very showy but arent illegal. Im looking for a crystal clear bright with a blue tint to them.

Any Suggestions?

I think what he is trying to say is a light at about 5000K but not HID. Possibly. Unfortunately I don't know any off the top of my head but it'll be nice to find out. I'm currently running Slyvania silverstars and they aren't as 'crystal white' as I would like.
