my favorite test cd of all time is USACI official competition disk from 2001it comes with  2 disks, stereo and 5.1DTS i use thes disk when tuning systems because i know it so well.

as far as test tone i like my autosound 2000 kenwood taking it on the road low frequency test cd it has every thing u need from polarity pulses, sequential tone sweep square wave sweeps individual freq. from 10 -99Hz

HI guys dont know if youre interested but I got my test cd's from a website called www.liquidinjuredhearing.com they have a very good selection of cd's which I used to setup a variety of systems in Europe It worked for me maybe it'll work for you guys aswell.
