the most logical solution if you HAVE to run 5 sealed is coils in series for 8 ohms each, and subs parallel for 1.6 ohms total.  For 3000w at 1.6 your best option imo is to look for something around 4000 @ 1.

Hifonics goliath would do it, cyclops would be close

Fosgate T30001bd would be around 3kw

Mtx TE4001d

Lanzar Opti 4000D

You'd have a lot more amp options (and cheaper) with 4 subs, and 4 ported would be louder than 5 sealed.

Either way, hope you have a big 'ol alternator.

One powerful class D amp that will operate at a 1.5 ohm load and put out 2500 or so watts into that load.  It could be an amp that is rated at 3000 watts at 1 ohm load impedance.  Or, it could put out less power than that, just as well.  It could be an amp that is rated at 2000 watts into a 1 ohm impedance load, or rated at 1000 watts.  It depends on what you can afford and if your intention is on winning a championship trophy or just being the champion on the street.  The main thing is, with such an amp that will handle an impedance load as low as 1 or 1.5 ohms, it could handle the five of those subs all wired together.

Wire each sub's coils in series, then parallel the subs together and connect to the amp.

The blue column on the left side of this page has a lot of great calculators and wizards that the12volt has constructed to help you figure out what you need to know.  See, in particular, parallel and series calculators and woofer wiring in the car audio section.
