What are your ultimate goals here? How much do you want to spend? Are you ONLY interested in using factory locations for everything?
Are the 6X9's two or three way? If so, why do you feel the need to add additional tweeters? Were you planning an amp for the highs in the system, or were you going to use all deck power for that? Who told you that you need a cap? Why do you think you need to add even more full-range speakers, let alone additional tweeters?
My personal opinion is that they way you have your system planned, it isn't going to sound very good... not good at ALL. My opinion shouldn't matter to you, but without knowing what you REALLY want to end up with, none of us are going to be able to help very much.
Help us out a little bit, by answering the questions I have asked...

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
Your pioneer component speakers should of came with a crossover. and if the vehicle came with stock component speakers you MIGHT be able to use the stock crossover, but it would probably sound like crap. id buy a new good crossover and use that.

Listen to haemphyst, he's knows what he's talking about... and then some.
-I used to be in the same boat as you. I had 21 drivers in my car. This included 3 subs, 6 midranges, and 12 (count 'em, twelve) tweeters. The sound was not good as I was using a bunch of off-brand gear -the bass was loud though! Now, I have only 5 drivers in my car! 1 sub, 2 mid/woofers, and 2 tweeters.
Now it sounds just as loud, but much better b/c i've got stuff of nice quality. It's a much better (and practical) idea to just power 1 good pair of speakers and a sub.
Get 1 good pair of front speakers and a sub and power them well. Maybe run some rear speakers off of the deck for your backseat guests.
Have Fun!
