Alright for the longest time i thought my head unit didnt worked, then i realized the fuse was busted so i figure that was the problem, so i put in a brand new 10 fuse and it didnt work, then i put in a 15 fuse and it worked, but i realized the head unit got REALLY hot almost smokin out. So then i checked the other 10 fuse and it got blown to. Could it be that the head unit is heating up and blowing the 10 fuse? Also i know its not my factory wiring cause my sony head unit works fine

Some lower-level HU's take 15a fuses. Jensens do.

Check with the manufacturer of the HU to see what size fuse they recommend. If 10a, then you've got a problem.

Maybe the speakers have too low of impedances?...

there stock speakers, The head unit was in my brothers car for about a year working fine, then one day it just stopped working,so i took it out to see what was wrong noticed the fuse was broken so i bought a new 10a fuse and tried it and it blew that fuse to. could it be the wire harness?

Check the resistance of the speakers with a DMM.

You said the wiring is good b/c the Sony worked. Are you sure?

Fuses always blow for a reason.  If it was working fine then one day the fuse suddenly blows, replace it ONCE with the SAME SIZE (NEVER ever use a larger fuse unless you want to potentially start a fire in your car!)  If it blows again, then something has broken.  Remove the head unit and take it in for repair.

BTW stock speakers in many cars these days are 2-ohms.  Many aftermarket HUs cannot handle 2-ohm loads.

When the HU was in my brothers car it was running a set of polk momo's coaxials there 4 ohms and the fuse still blew. And yes my sony head unit works perfectly fine no problem in my explorer but right as i put a 10a fuse in the pioneer one and hook it up the fuse automatically blows.

Head unit is broke, either take it to get repaired or trash it. You could put a 15a fuse in it if you want to stay warm from your car fire.
