I know that the hifonics amps are under rated but not sure by how much my sub is 750watts rms and the one amp says it puts out 750watts rms but i know it's not really put out that much. should i go with the 1000 watt hifonics amp to be closer to the rms of my sub or go with the 750watt rms amp. sub will be wired to 1ohm

You'll find they both will sound about the same.
