Truck has bose, XM, and OnStar. Before a total system re-do I need a short-term answer for more music titles - ipod interface is the way to go for me. Need recommendations on people who've installed the following:

Scosche AXIPCL2

PAC  AB-GM12 w/ iPAC-OEM

other?

Thanks in advance ...

Nucleus makes a nice piece of this car. Really easy to install works great. Only thing is you'll loss the XM, unless they have since come out with a pass through harness. Check them out, AIUS.NET

in the mean time has anyone used the Scosche unit? I've head mixed results but don't personally know anyone who has one.

found it at sonicelectronic.com

Neucleus NC-X2i by American International
AUXPOD iPod Connector Box for iPod, MP3 players and video players (Nucleus NCX2i; Revised NC-AUXPOD

also carred by LogJamElectronics (ugh, what a URL ...)

It appears that you need to use the right cable, too. For the 2004 silverado with xm radio use NC-GM32T

It looks like there will be a GM Personal Audio Link (PAL), but the date keeps slipping ...
