Hey im planning on putting a Audison LRx 5.1k in the passenger side floor with plexi over top and neon lights in it. Are there ant precautions I should take? Where to run wiring, how to seal the mount? anything like that.

The only precaution I can suggest is to allow adequate airflow around the amp. This is especially important if you are to be running the amp at full power.
