I'm planning on getting a rockford fosgate 3sixty.2 processor next week, but I just looked at some pics of it and noticed that it has only one preout for subs, and i mean 1 jack, not 1 pair, but the amp I want to connect it to has a pair (like all if I'm correct).  How would I connect this? could I split the 1 into 2, or does it even matter?

I don't know if anybody has any experience with this unit, but it seems to have a very useful settings interface using a pda or laptop with bluetooth.  You can change the crossover frequencies of all outputs except the sub which is fixed.  I'm not going to use the center output, so maybe I can set it to "clone" the sub output and use that as my second jack and make a pair.  If anyone does have any experience with the 3sixty.2 please post.

All you need to do is use a y adaptor 1 male to 2 female, then use a standard rca. this will give you the input for the amp. theres no way to clone the centre to be a sub. all you can clone is front left ,to front right. and rear left ,to rear right.

I figured I would do that, but doesn't using a y adapter split the voltage?  I know it wont make much of a difference but if i could use the center channel for it i would.
