I purchased a pioneer sterio for the car, but when I install the radio I cannot use the steering wheel controls (volume controls), which I guess is a rather obvious thing when installing a radio, but would it be possible to hook up the volume controls on the steering wheel to the radio?

The radio is Pioneer DEH-P85BT, I've looked on their website and cannot pull up any information on it.

You might need then can adapter on top of the swix.
