my friend has a 1606d brutus amp, it lights up fine and appears to work fine until u try to get sound out of it, we know its burnt out, we just dont know how to fix it, and everywhere else wants $50 for a tutorial on how to "repair" amps, but yet he could send it in for $100 and have it fixed proffesionally

anyone know of a tutorial, or a way we could repair it, or should he just send it in? warranty isnt valid anymore on it either, expired

I'd pay the $100, if I were you.

I couldn't imagine the dozen or so hours I'd put into a project like that would be worth my time considering I might have a 50% success rate.

yeah, exactly what i was thinking lol, if it was mine id try to fix it, but its my buddies, and im not about to mess with something i dont own, im just tryin to help him out
