strange problem with wiring of 2 amps

I have a 1999 Mitsubishi Montero Sport, and I am running:

2 Diamond Audio 12" D612D2 Subs
1 Diamond Audio D3600.1 amp
1 Diamond Audio D61000.1 amp

These are running off the stock head unit.

The problem I have is that I am using the switched 12+ off the deck to turn the amps on and the D61000.1 is giving some kind of error with the lights. The red and green flash repeatedly.

But, if I disconnect the remote lead to both amps, shut the car off for a minute or so, then turn the car on and connect the amp turn on wire while the car is on, the amps will run fine. It will run fine until I turn the car off for over a minute. Then when I come back, I am getting the error lights.

I have installed a relay because I thought maybe it was a power issue since I was using that turn-on to power both amps, but I am still having the same issue.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is or what I could do? Thanks.

I would take the turn on wire off the OEM deck and connect it to a switched 12V elsewhere under the dash.  The problem could be a low startup voltage issue at the deck output that might not exist in other wiring.  If the voltage starts up too low for the sensitivity of that troublesome amp, it goes into shutdown mode and when the voltage goes up to closer to 12V after the car is running it won't take itself out of shutdown.  That may be the reason why the amp works when you connect remote turn ons after the car has been started and running a few minutes.
