sirius module, not working?

I installed a sirius sat module on an pioneer d3, it receives in the emergency channel and one other, but it wont access any other channels. Any suggestions? i have had sirius send the activation signal 3 times.

You are leaving the unit powered up for an hour after you call them and get them to send the code.
I always thought there were 11 types of people in the world. Ones that understand binary. Ones that do not understand binary. And last but not least the ones that have never even heard of binary.
