For the money you will spend to recone them, you can probably fairly easily buy woofers that will GRANDLY, and handily outperform those...
No, I think it's time to buy new ones, seriously.
Otherwise, send em back to RF, that's the best I think you are going to get.
If you DO have them re-coned, make sure you get them re-spec'd, too... They will NOT have the same T/S parameters as they did, and if you are trying to put them into an existing enclosure, (specifically an enclosure ALREADY housing them) they won't work correctly!
