Hi! I am new to this whole car stereo installation thing so i apologize already if this question sounds stupid.

I have a chance of getting a pair of premier competition 5 1/4" speakers and was wondering if they will fit alright in a 6 1/2" speaker hole (in a 1989 Integra).

Any help wound be appreciated. Thanx!

They will fit but you need to get a speaker adapter plate about $15.00 but if you can go for the 6 1/2"

If possible I'd definitely go for the 6.5s instead of the 5.25s as they will give you a lil better bass response and the install is oh so much easier
