i've just read and seen the diagram that's the site, but the question i have is what is the radio accessory wire? is it comming from the headunit or from the factory wiring? or it the memory wire from the headunit or factory wiring?

The radio accesory wire is the 12vdc switched wire that goes to the head unit.  When this wire has 12vdc on it the radio is on, when there isn't any voltage on the wire the radio is off.  This is the main power feed to the radio.

so the accessory wire only turns on or is power when i turn the key. the wire is not the constant 12v wire. am i correct?

yes it will only show power when the key is on.
