You have a blown surface mount fuse on the bottom of the circuit board of your radio.  You have several choices to get rid of the noise.  You could bring your radio into a repair shop and get it repaired.  Or you could sloder a wire onto your RCA cable that goes to the amplifier.  Ground the other end of that wire to wherever the radio is grounded.

If the following link does not work you may have to type it in manually.  Notice the last few letters of it.

The link tries to send you to https://bcot1.com/images/rca/IMG_9227bl   notice it ends in 9227bl   you have to make it end in 9227b.html

so I sodder a wire to the RCA cable and ground it, and it should fix it?? What if I just splice a a wire into the RCA cable, so I dont have to sodder??
