Has anybody had any experiences with Pyle Video Monitor and/or am/fm stereo units. I am particularly interested in the unit that has a 7" LCD monitor with tv tuner and am/fm stereo tuner. Comments on product quality, picture quality, durability and manufacturers support. I am wanting to put something like this in a 2003 Ford F250 along with a computer containing DVD/CD/MP3 player, complete Windows system with onboard GPS, Microsoft Streets and Maps, wireless networking support and more...

It’s a very entry level unit. The screen has OK resolution. The unit looks very cheap. Dose not have the flexibility as far as inputs/outputs and options as some entry level name brand units. But it will get the job done. However If I were you I would spend the extra money and get a good quality unit since it will be the hart of you multimedia system.

PYLE, hmmmm, PYLE of crap! I had the unfortunate experience of puttin one in a Jeep Cherokee, por picture quality, the dvd player has an impossible to use mount bracket, and the monitor itself was not motorized. Clearance is also an issue in most cars, I ended up using 2 trim rings to give it enough room to stand out straight while playing. My advice would be to stay away from this PYLE product.

( This is only my opinion, MECP thought it was ok though....)
