I how do I deal with the RCA so that I can run the system. I have splitters but if I use splitters then I get the RCA`s to 50ohms and I can`t split them again.

You can use some more splitters.  You should be able to drive 10 amplifiers with each set of RCA jacks coming out of your radio.  10 is not the limit.  Just using that as a number.
