Does antbody know if a Alpine PXA-H510 works with a IVA-W200, will I need to se the control module form the 510 or will the deck be able to do all the functions ?

I would think you would have to use the control pod. Generally the head unit will only control the presets. At least thats from past experience for me. I haven't tried any of the new HU's from Alpine yet. The newest I have is a 9815. It only changes presets on my PRA-H400 and PRA-H600..
