spare tire hide away?

hi i was wondering if putting 2 15s over and empty spare tire hole would cause any off sounds or resonances? or if i should fill it with something and if so what?

Well I would suggest filling it with a spare tire posted_image

But in all honesty I don't think it would cause any more sound than the rest of your trunk would, but if it bothers you just get some sound deadening like dynomat or something and put it in there.

 It would work if you had enough air space but 2 15's will want more air space than a spare tire space will yeild. Then again I don't know what the specs are for the airspace for your 15's

if you mean simply placing a box over the wheel well as if it where empty than there will be nothing wrong with doing so

yea thats what i meant.   no way was i talking about usng the space for a box for the 15's.   im buying 2 rockford fosgate t2's
