I need the wireing diagram to wire this amped bazooka in my 2006 silverado, with Bose speakers.

run wires to the doors....and replace the old speakers...might as well do it at the same time instead of running wires then taking it back apart after u blow the factory speakers.... either way i would run them cause u need to by pass the factory amp.. that is how i would do this install.. good luck ------------- If we learn from each success and

I think he is installing an Amplified Bazooka Bass Tube. He will not blow his factory speakers. Does that vehicle have a factory installed subwoofer?

just did a bazooka yesterday.
red - +12v
black - ground
orange - remote turn on
green - left spkr input pos
GREEN/ black - left spkr input neg
gray - right spkr input pos
gray/black - right spkr input neg
i would recommend using a line out converter (tagging the rear speaker wires AFTER the bose amp) and use the RCA inputs on the bazooka. the one i did, couldn't even tell it was there using the speaker level inputs. RCA inputs were 10x better

Why waste time and money getting a line out converter and hooking it up. The output right from the headunit is low level (RCA signal), just grab a set of cheap $5 RCA's from Radio Shack, cut the 2 RCA's off one end of the cable and remove the outer shielding, you will notice there is 2 wires in each RCA channel, the center one is the positive, and the one wrapped around the outside is the negative. Tap them into the front speaker wires right behind the head unit. Solder and tape them up.
LF Speaker + tan - gray
RF Speaker + lt. green - dk. green
LR Speaker + brown - yellow

biggest reason for hte line out converter was for the adjustability to try and get everything matching. you can always try less expensive method first, then add a line out converter if you're not satisfied

the truck dose not have a factory installed subwoofer, that I know of. I believe it just has bose speakers. I don't know much about this stuff, but feel if I get the right info I can do it myself. Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated. my truck is a 2006 silverado.
