Can anyone tell me where i can get parts to fix this? It's a Rockford P3002. The chip on the left has a hole burned in it.posted_image

You can replace those with an IRFP064, available from digikey.com for 6.00 each.  Chances are there are not the only bad parts in the amplifier.  Have you checked the output transistors to see if they are shorted?  Before you try to remove these transistors and ruin your amp, let me know and I can help you get them off of the strip that they are mounted to.  This involves a 20 dollar torch from radio shack, a can of butane that they do not sell at radio shack.   Do not try to remove them with pliers, you need to use the torch.
