Hello,

well i installed my XDVD8181 Dual 7" indash. and it starts up and plays radio and CD. I graounded the yellow (brake wire) to the black harness wire. and when i put a DVD in it says "something about unlawful, engage the ebrake to play" but the ebrake is still on, i take it off and it says the same thing. I can hear the DVD audio.

I tried all the codes, and still wont work.

Please help

Like your player told you, what you are trying to do is illegal. Do not bypass video display safety features.
