I need to power on all my amps and eq without the headunit. Can I just run a full 12v power to the remote turn ons? I assume it will work but don't want to fry anything. Thanks.

you can run a wire off of your accessory wire in your ignition harness for this.
------------- you can do it....

Rule of thumb is, "When in doubt, Test it out" as in using a Digital Multi-Meter or DIMM... Just to make sure it's 12v, I'm pretty sure it is, but I've never tested it. When I first started doing installs, I wired the remote wire into the fuse panel on the " hot when ignition on" side of a fuse.

Yes, you can run 12 volts to the remote lead perfectly safely.
------------- It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
