Where do i find the registration number to activate that service. I can't find it anywhere.

One question though. I burned the data file to a disc and the CD3100 said no support. I just burned using windows xp software. What did i do wrong?

What are you trying to load to the unit? I had nothing but troubles with mine, it will load sound data to the memory stick so I can manipulate it on my computer, but when I got to load the new EQ settings from the memory stick to the CD player it wont accept it, but if I burn it on a Cd it works fine.
