my 1993 bmw 740il is blowing fuse each time turned on just started this? also any clues on how to get the reset code for the radio once corrected. I called bmw dealership they said they did not know

Try looking for the radio code under to fuse box lid, it's about a 50/50 shot of it being hidden there. As for your fuse, it sounds like you have a grounding issie.
