does anyone know about abs? also wat are some other ideas for it besides fiberglass becuase i dont wanna pay for it, too expensive for me. any places i can get it custom done for not too much moeny? thanks in advance guys. this will be on a 94 ford exploder.

Honestly if fiberglass is too expensive than you would probally be best to forget doing custom door panels as its never a cheap endevor

given but fiberglass is the most expensive. i went to my local shop today and he said there is a ton of ways to do it. mdf and just panel it in, vynil inserts. cutouts. he let me know alot about it. now is just deciding on what to do.
