i have a question i was driving i hit a bump and my rear speakers cut of  then they slowly came back on by a little poping thenthey stopped. i check all of my connections the  power/ground to the amp the remote and the speaker output and i couldnt figure it out. i have the following setup

jvc kd-adv6270

amp-1 (2) alpine 4x6, amp-2 (2) alpine 6x9 amp-3 (2) alpine type r 122d

the only thing i saw that could be wrong is my post on the actual 6x9 is loose but not broken but can that have a affectso input will help.

could be solder joints in amp, put test speaker on amp to see if its amp or speakers, or test ohmload with dmm(speakers)

I doubt it but, you can also check if your actual speakers are grounding out.  If the terminals of your speakers are making contact with metal they'll go out on you until you sperate them

Yes, that could be the problem.  Do you own an ohm meter?

Yes I own a ohmeter yea after I hit a pothole it was out then the sound flickered a little then came on no problem. The speakers are new but the factory hole for the 6x9 wa bare metal but prior to this I put eletric tape around the opening I checked the terminals and the were seperated . But lets say if the pos/neg on the speaker made contact would that make both channels on the amp go out temporary till the were seperated. Since then it hasn't done it so I'm like brain fart
