what kind of connector for speaker?

I have some Kicker DVC CVR8's that I am gonna be hooking up. I haven't messed with car audio for a while. The connection at the voice coils I don' seem to know how to connect the wire to it. It is like spring loaded with a hole. Do you just insert the bare wire and then it holds itself in place? Or what kind of connector do you use?

push the terminal down and insert the bare wire in and let go
