I got a challenge from a guy that said his system is louder than mine usually basd on what   kind of subs he says he has I can make that decision yes or no he has 2 jl w7 . He won't tell me how many amps or how its wired but the alpine type r specs are basically the same as the jls so I think its based on sound quality I don't kno wht kind of box he's using all I know he has a 2008 ford 150 xlt. I'm using two type r s in a ported box 1 cubic feet a sub with a audiobahn a2200hct amp mono. What you all think

I going to. Wht I got from my experenice is the ubs can be the bet but if you have a crappy amp bad wiring or a bad box or too small or too big if can addect your subs perfermance.
