i know it sounds like overkill on my amp but here goes. i have 8 total speakers that i wanna amp in my car. problem is only 1 4 channel and kinda broke so i dont wanna buy another amp right now. is there any way to run the back 4 speakers, to 2 channels and they front to the other 2? amp is the jbl on my display name and i now have 1 more set of kicker 6.5s and alpine 6x8s. i was wondering if i could do that how would i wire it. any help would be awesome. and thanks to everyone on here who always comes through on my posts. (i am an idiot and dyohn!)

I am pretty sure that amp is capable of running a 2 ohm stero load on each of it's 4 channels.  You need to research it before you try it.

ok it is capable to do 2 ohms on all channels. so i guess full range speakers are same as subs in a sense that 2 4 ohm speakers still make a 2 ohm load? also will that be too much stress on the amp?

Ohm's law is the same for woofers as it is for highs.  Your amp will be more stressed as it was at 4 ohms per channel.  It will be making more power than it was making at 4 ohms.  Thus making more heat than it did at 4 ohms.  Whether or not your amp can handle the extra stress of this load depends a lot on the your right hand and your ability to control it's actions.

What's the purpose of installing 8 speakers? I assume they are all the same?  Where are you putting them?
