Hi,

I just had two kicker 15" subs and a amp installed in my Yukon. I did not change out the head unit do to i wanted the stock look. Can someone help me with why i am getting a lot of engine feed back? Also what can i do about it if i do not want to get rid of my stock deck.

If by "engine feed back" you mean you can hear alternator whine in your subs, you most likely have a bad ground on your amplifier.  Read the grounding sticky posts in this forum.  Also, how did you get a signal to your subs from the OEM head unit?

If you used a line out converter to get signal from the stock unit, and it has a ground wire or ground wires on the LOC, try grounding them.   If it is a PAC SNI-XX the wires will be brown in color.

they did use a line out converter so i will try to see i can locate the wires on it.  Also will check the ground on the amp. will let you know..

Thanks
